AGS Seed Exchange
2012-13 was the 61st Seed Exchange of the AGS.
The AGS Seed Exchange has been completed. Around 5000 varieties of seed were donated by members during August, September and October. These were catalogued and packeted by volunteers into about 100,000 packets. The seed list was printed and posted out to all members who ordered seed from the list. The seed orders from donors were picked first and we aimed to post out the majority of these before Christmas. The seed orders from non-donors were picked and posted out later in December and in January. When all the main orders were completed, we picked and sent out orders for surplus seed, towards the end of January. The seed list was also live on the website. On line ordering is now very popular with members, as well as with our volunteers who make up the orders. The online system does save time for us and the staff at Pershore. The on line system has now closed for orders, but you can still review your order or just browse the list.

Instructions for Ordering Seed Online
If you do not have internet access, please don’t worry as your order will be given the same priority as we allow time for post to reach all areas of the world before we start making up orders and make them up in order of receiving them. But do remember that it is the seed donors who get priority, as without them, there would be no Seed Exchange.
Start collecting seed for next year.
