2011 Conference - Online Bookings

Bookings can be made using the links at the bottom of this page after the pricing information.

The next ten year International Rock Garden Conference is to be held at the
East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham University.

All Residential Delegates will be accommodated in single rooms with ensuite facilities.

As you will see there are ‘Early Bird’ Booking Discounts available.  To qualify for 'Early Bird' discounts, the discounted price must be paid in full before 31 August 2010.

Pricing Structure

Residential Rates
 (Residential rates are inclusive of 3 nights accommodation in Single en-suite rooms on the Conference Centre Campus. The costs include morning and afternoon refreshments, plus breakfast on Friday, Saturday & Sunday mornings, lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, together with evening meal on Thursday and Friday - the Saturday evening meal will be the formal Conference Dinner which is also included in the Residential Rate.)

Early Bird Rate, Full Conference Delegate:

Until 31 August 2010, the cost of a full residential place will be £499.00.

Pay a Booking Deposit of £120 now to reserve a place and pay the balance before 31 August, 2010. 

Full Price, Full Conference Delegate:

After 31 August 2010, the full price of a place rises to £599.00.

Even if you pay a booking deposit now, the price will be £599.00 if the balance is not paid in full before 31 August 2010.

Day Delegates - one-day visitors
If you only want to attend the conference for a particular day, places are available for day delegates on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

(Day Delegate rates include lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments but not dinner.)

Early Bird rate - Day Delegate
Until 31 August 2010, the cost for a one-day delegate place will be £125.00.

Pay a Booking Deposit of £30 now to reserve a place and pay the balance before 31 August, 2010. 

Full Price - Day Delegate:
After 31 August 2010, the full price of a one-day delegate place place rises to £150.00.

Even if you pay a booking deposit now, the price will be £150.00 if the balance is not paid in full before 31 August 2010.

Cancellations
For cancellations received before 31 August 2010 all payments made will be refunded with a reduction made for any bank charges incurred.

We reserve the right to retain deposit amounts for cancellations made after 31 August 2010.

Subsidised Student Places
A number of Subsidised places for horticultural students will be available.  Assisted places are aimed at those students or individuals who are on horticultural courses or who have embarked upon a career in horticulture within the last ten years.

Anyone interested should print and complete the application form, and send it to the AGS Centre.

Additional Nights Accommodation
Additional nights accommodation are available at the Conference Centre before and after the Conference.
