Building the AGS Garden at Chelsea
Jim Mcgregor drove a van load of plants down to Chelsea on Wednesday last week and drove down with a another load of trees, rocks and troughs on Thursday. While he was there he took these pictures. Here, the hard landscaping is in place (apart from the rocks) and the team are contemplating the job ahead.

Jim's next visit was on Saturday with more plants, and found the BBC taking a great interest in the garden.

Top dressing is just as meticulous.
Plants are carefully watered and sprayed in the nearly completed scree area, by Tim Lever of Aberconwy Nursery. In the background Ray Drew is working on the woodland planting, and Barbara Chapman and Margaret Brine are still cleaning plants.
