One of these days, I'll get both halves to match up exactly, not easy when you have to look through the window with your arm looped round the doorway to take the picture in the first place. The visitors are usually curious as to waht I'm up to.

Here as promised are a few images from the Wisley house during January. It was a very bright day so there are a few sharper contracts and shadows than I would like, but the flowers seemed to be enjoying the winter sunshine.

That's enough of the unusual for the moment.

Musch in evidence at this time of year are the minature Narcissus.

Firstly the longest name. Narcissus cantabricus subsp cantabricus var eualbidus.
