I recieved soms seeds from a South African Dianthus species. Does anyone know which species this is?

Dianthus basuticus

I suggest the picture is of Dianthus basuticus which is quite widespread on steep slopes on the Drakensberg scarp. It is most often pink but can frequently be white. See 'Mountain Flowers', Elsa Pooley, p.201 (obtainable from the AGS!). John Richards
