I have recently completed the mammoth task of adding descriptions and cultivation information for every Fritillaria species to the Fritillaria Group website at www.fritillaria.org.uk . This information can be found alongside the photos on the image pages. We hope this will now make the website much more useful for anyone trying to find out how to grow a particular fritillary or trying to identify any plants whose identity they are uncertain of. Huge thanks to Bob Wallis for putting together all this information!

Thanks Paul (and Bob and Rannveig). Some armchair browsing before choosing and  sowing seed! There must be scope to grow many more species in the garden than I had fully appreciated until coming to the Fritillaria Group meetings.
