M. bella: small rock crevice plant with lobed, all-basal leaves, attractive buds streaked with black and 4-petalled flowers.

M. discigera: tall scree dwelling plant, leaves with three lobes at tip, ovary topped by flat disc, large blue flowers

M. horridula: plant of rock and scree, prickly leaves with or without black spots, entire or toothed. Flowers usually pale sky blue, but some dark blue on the Chele La.

Whoops, sorry, that was M.discigera again.
