Plants in the Garden: unexpected arrivals / delays

We already have Narcissus bulbocodium and hybrids involving it appearing rapidly. Also Fritillaria uva-vulpis is showing 'noses' through the soil. A number of other plants in the garden are having a 'second wind' and a number of shrubs which usually flower mid winter are producing numerous blossoms.
Conversely, our autumn flowering crocus species are weeks behind normal.
Assuming we are not alone in this, are other members experiencing unexpected arrivals and or delays?
