Congratulations to Roger Beecham and his dedicated team for another magnificent Southport Show and heartiest congratulations to Roger on scooping the Farrer Medal for his magnificent pan of Physoplexis comosa.

Finally a lovely example of Hepatica Nobilis var Pyrenaica from Brian
Apologies for some of the photos, which do not do justice to the quality of the plants. It was a bit dim in parts of the hall and I did not use flash. There were some memorable plants there and again the Physoplexis Comosa, I loved it and it is always a delight to see a well grown one. As someone I spoke to said, it does not look real-but it is.
