Ian Robertson exhibited two wonderful miniature forms of this cyclamen; the second picture includes my thumb to give you an idea of scale.

However, the show as a whole was dominated by large pans of C. maritimum; all three of these shown here were exhibited by Ian Robertson. The second plant won a Certificate of Merit and the final one won the Nottingham Group Trophy for the best cyclamen, and the Farrer medal.

That is all the photos I took. As I have said I was a bit dazed and lackadaisical, spent most of the morning trading plants and catching up with old friends, and didn't get organised to take photos until noon, which is far too late, and I missed many plants I would have liked to photograph. Fortunately Doug Joyce was taking the official photos.
Thanks to all those who worked so hard to stage an excellent show in this new venue, and to all the exhibitors for a magnificent display of plants. Finally, thanks to all those who brought plants for me or my stepfather David Philbey - all much appreciated; I had a busy morning in the carpark.
