The Halsted Trophy for the best plant in the seed-raised classes went to this New Zealander from Don Peace.

To keep the judges on their toes, Anne Vale brought along three cold-hardy succulents including this Stapelia.  Mmmm, Anne, smelly!

Lee and Julie staged the type of beautiful, graceful, intricate flower arrangement we have come to expect from them.

The best of the few gentians on display was this from Keith and Rachel Lever.

Two competitors entered three pan exhibits of S. fortunei clones in the class for 3 pans from the same genus.

Perhaps the most attractive of these clones was this one from Helen and Mark Childerhouse, named, apparently, after a character from Harry Potter.
