AGM Preparations
I have taken a few moments to add another entry before the day gets underway. This week is an extremely busy one for all the staff who are involved with preparations for the AGM. We will be collecting and sorting out all the medal, trophies, certificates etc,, ready for presentation on Saturday. All the necessary paperwork has to be prepared, domestic arrangements at the venue confirmed, AV/TV facilities for the speaker. I also need to prepare my power point presentation to accompany the Annual Report. Friday will be spent packing up all the cups, medals, paperwork, books, display boards and last but not leaeast - collecting the speaker from the airport. For anyone interested a summary of the proceedings of Committee meetings have been posted in the Members only area.
Both of the other members of staff will be attending the AGM - Dawn Kendrick will be there with a wide range of AGS Publications and Jackie Cooper will be assisting with the presentation of show awards. She will also distribute lunch vouchers for those of you who have reserved a lunch.
