A border planted entirely with dwarf pines, many colours and textures and a majority bearing cones. Now about eight years old.

White flowers under the shade of Birch (Betula pubescens) and shrubs Rhododendron Gartner Direktor Rieber and Juniperus: Primula denticulata alba, Tulip Purissima, Anemone menorosa fl. pl., Erythronium White Beauty, and Fritillaria meleagris, with Matteuccia struthiopteris behind.
