Campanula raineri
Seems to be easier to grow and keep than heretofore, perhaps because of repeated raising from seed in the garden resulting in selection of forms tolerant of lowland garden conditions. Best grown in a trough (as here) or a pot, and needs perfect drainage, full sun, and protection from slugs and snails.
