Grown from 2003 seed from a wild introduction of this N-Iranian endemic. The plant has lilac to white flowers on a 5-10cm stem between two broad, prostate grey leaves.

X Brigostemon (Briggsia aurantiaca X Ancylostemon humilis)
Cross made May 05, seed sown July 05, grown in 1/3rd each peat, coasrse sand and sterile loam + grit. First flowered 2007. Thrives in cold frame and test plant has survived a winter unprotected outdoors.
